What is time based plan?

This is an data plan that allows you to enjoy downloading as much as you like for a specific time slot.

Why should a customer use time based plan?

Time based plan has been specially designed for heavy downloading of large files such as Movies, Games & version updates more economically.

Can customer use the plan anytime of the day?

Yes . customer can utilize the plan anytime of the day. Once successfully activated you will be getting a confirmation via SMS along with validity period of the package you have chosen and you are then free to surf all you want.

Can I Deactivate a plan?

Plan is automatically deactivating once the customer finishes the total time of browsing. please note that even if the customer stops browsing, if the data session is on, the time will count as browsing time.

How will I be charged in this internet plan?

You will be charged a one time fee for the time duration of pack selected.

How does my number of Hours work?

Your time counts from the time you started browsing and ends at the number of hours from the time of browsing starting time withing the validity period. Please note that even if the customer stops browsing, if the data session is on, the time will count as browsing time.

What is the validity on Non Stop packs?

The pack will be valid only for the defined no of days from the time of activation.

What If I don’t use the complete time duration of the pack?

The pack will expire at the end of the valid duration.

What if purchase multiple packs?

Multiple activations are not allowed while having an existing time plan.
